SPRING IS IN THE AIR!!!!

I'm getting ready for Easter! I love my basket and plastic eggs! I take them out, then put them back in, I take them out, then put them back in! AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN!

And this is my puppy dog that daddy bought me for Christmas that I wouln't have much to do with then....BUT NOW...HE IS MY BEST FRIEND!! I carry him all around the house and he is 3 times my size!!!

Here I am at Gammy's house after I threw one of my temper tantrums because I didn't want to leave the rocks!! So they left me in the field!!!!

MY FAVORITE NEW TOY!!! I now have a car that I can actually drive by myself!! Thank you uncle Ky! I don't know how to turn the steering wheel yet so I just go around and around in circles!!

Oh and my sandbox!!! I love my sandbox!! I just keep piling the sand high on my lap!

I love when Daddy rides me on my bike....I cry and cry when he stops. We go around, around, and around the house! I CAN'T GET ENOUGH!

I'm BACK!!!

Sorry it's been so long...I have been stuck inside with this miserable weather we have had!!! I can't wait until Spring so I can play outside all day long!!

This is one day when it was pretty and mommy took me outside to play. As you can see I was busy cutting the grass for my daddy!

And then this day my mom went inside to grab the camera and I decided to take a plunge into the sandbox (WITH WET SAND!!) Boy was I a mess....but I had a blast!!!!

Recovering from the holidays!!

Well we are finally settling down after the LONG holiday season and just getting back to normal. Leyton had so much fun at Christmas and we enjoyed watching him explore all of his new toys! He loves his new basketball goal...here he is making "hoops"!

Well we have had our Christmas tree up since the day after Thanksgiving and Leyton has actually made out pretty well with it. He is very curious but takes great caution when approaching it! Here are some pictures of our excursion and our decorated tree!

Also Glenn has been very busy putting up lights this Christmas. We are very proud of his hard work!

And Leyton is enjoying all of the Christmas specials on TV. Here he is watching Frosty The Snowman...LAID BACK!!

We are enjoying him so much right now...he is just so much fun.

After seeing Hollie & Heidi's blogs I decided I better start one! This way all of our family and friends from out of town can be in touch!! Hope all of you are doing great! Leyton is 13 months today and he is keeping us very busy! He is going through a "I don't like other kids" phase and I hope it ends VERY soon. For some reason he screams bloody murder when he is around children his age!! Other than that he is doing great! Just getting bigger and bigger by the day. Some of his favorite things right now are:

Favorite Foods: mandarin oranges (I can't tell you how much he loves them!), chicken, meat, hot dogs, oatmeal, string cheese, yogurt, potatoes, and any fruit imaginable!! He HATES vegetables!!

Favorite Toys: he loves BOOKS, BOOKS, BOOKS!!, anything that stacks into each other, his Tow-Mater truck, his fridge farm, and all of mommy's plastic containers!!! Oh yeah and my strainers...he can't be in the kitchen without taking them out!!

Favorite Things To Do: he LOVES swinging on his new swing set, taking baths, opening the garage door (by the button on the wall), throwing food from his high chair, taking stuff out of our bathroom and hiding it around the house, unfolding mommy's newly folded clothes, playing peek-a-boo, playing ball, Baby Einstein DVD's (he's hooked!), listening to music and he still loves ELMO!!

He is just so much fun right now...we couldn't imagine life without him!

Glenn just finished taking his last part of his boards and we are so happy to have daddy back home - we missed him bunches!!
