The Good and the Bad

Our night started out good...thanks to the Saints winning the Super Bowl! Woo hoo!

WHO DAT!!! But it ended bad with a trip to the ER...Leyton busted his chin open! He was excited about something and was jumping up and down and the bathroom rug slip from under his feet and bam...busted his chin on the bathtub! Poor baby...10 stitches and a car full of throw up on the ride home (side effect from the drugs)!

He was put under for the procedure...he didn't feel a thing thanks to the "Dizzy Medicine" as he calls it!
Our poor little guy...thankfully he is doing much better this morning!

Catchin' Up...

Just a couple of pictures to catch everyone up with the boys.

In January we decided to move Ashton into Leyton's room to help Leyton sleep all night by himself. Ashton absolutely LOVES sleeping in the room with his brother, in fact Ashton does better than Leyton! THANKFULLY, both of them are sleeping in their room all night (maybe a couple of "nightmare" wake ups from Leyton) and it has worked out GREAT!

Yes, this was BEFORE the haircut.
Leyton had "CRAZY DAY" at school, so he wore his shirt backwards and different shoes! He thought it was so funny!
And yes, the Ginger Bread houses still linger on....Glenn bought this one on sale and he didn't know for this one he had to make the icing from scratch (hint...SALE) so I let him have this one...The biggest hit around here has been Gammy's Christmas present to the boys...they love their Artic Cat Truck. It has been raining here EVERYDAY lately and all I hear from Leyton is "oh mom...I'm never going to get to ride my truck"! Hopefully the sun will shine SOON!!!
