Uncle Ky

Uncle Ky came to visit for a couple of days and he boiled us some yummy CRAWFISH!!! Leyton was a big help! He was glued to Ky's hip the entire time! Thank you Uncle Ky for everything! We love and miss you already!

A little jealous????

In his own little ways Leyton seems to be just a bit jealous...every time I am holding Ashton he wants to be right there with us...so I guess for a while this is my life 24/7!

Well Ashton is now a week and a half old and I have to say (knock on wood) that he is the best baby EVER!! Compared to Leyton's spitting up at this stage, this one seems like a walk in the park!! Everything is going great so far except for the fact that Leyton is still completely obsessed with him! I guess this is a good thing but on the other hand I can't leave the room with Ashton in his boppy chair because big brother Leyton is all over him!

We had Ashton's first doctors visit on Wednesday and he has already gained a pound since being home. He is a perfectly healthy baby boy!

Brotherly Love

Since bringing home baby Ashton, Leyton has completely become obsessed with his new little brother. Baby Ashton is the first thing on Leyton's mind when he wakes up in the morning. Here are some pictures and videos of the first time he held his little brother...they are priceless!

Ashton Luke

Ashton Luke made his way into the world on Monday, April 7th at 8:43 a.m. - He was 8 lbs. 1 oz, and 21 1/4 inches. He is absolutely adorable and we are so lucky to have another beautiful and healthy little boy! Mom and baby came home last night and are doing great! Big brother Leyton is so in love with his little brother and cannot get enough of him! Here are some pictures of our precious angel!

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM!

Oh how my little man loves the ice cream man! Everytime he hears the truck going by and playing the music he runs around screaming "MOMMY IT'S THE ICE CREAM MAN" The kicker is that the ice cream man often shows up right after nap time and Leyton is always just in a t-shirt and diaper. Imagine me 9 months pregnant and Leyton half way dressed running down the street to catch him....I am sure the neighbors get a laugh out of us every time! But it is all worth it to see the look on his little face while he is enjoying his ice cream!
